Mill Hill East is a popular residential district within the Mill Hill NW7 postcode area to the South West of Mill Hill Broadway and borders Finchley, Woodside Park and the Holders Hill part of Hendon.

Its main road off Bittacy Hill climbs from Holders Hill Circus (locally known as Kelly’s Corner) up to Mill Hill Village and joins The Ridgeway.
